Musicians and bands

Bring fans to the next show without writing every post.

For musicians, bands, DJs and performers: gigs, releases, private bookings and lessons. The Musician or Band pack writes energetic, real posts that share the story behind the music and invite fans in, and announces shows and releases only when you confirm them.

Industry pack: Musician or Band.

The weekly loop

The same five steps every week. Anything not available yet is marked.

  1. 01

    Your week is planned

Three posting days, with topics from your industry, the directions you set and the season.

Today you start each week with the "Write this week's posts" button; the automatic Monday run is not available yet.

  2. 02

    Create your posts

Ask AI to write from confirmed business facts, or bring your own words, photos and videos. Prepare each network's version in the composer and make pictures in Studio.

  3. 03

    You approve it

Check each post on your phone or computer, then approve it, edit it or skip it. Nothing goes out without your approval.

An email telling you the week's posts are ready is not available yet.

  4. 04

    It goes out

Publish approved posts to your connected accounts through our posting partner, Ayrshare.

  5. 05

    You see how it went

Open Results for insights from available data and the campaign results you enter. Findings name their sources, and missing post data stays unknown until each network reports it and it has been collected.

The weekly report email is not available yet; open Results in your workspace today.

A week of posts

Posting days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Posts a week by default: Facebook 3, Instagram 3. Change how often you post on each network, your topics and your tone on the What to post page.

What you approve

  • Every post, on every network, before it goes out.
  • Ticket prices, booking rates and listener counts: only from what you type in or facts you've confirmed.

Written for your industry

  • Energetic and real: the artist talking to fans, not a promoter.
  • The pack's words to avoid include "legendary", "chart-topping" and "sold out".
  • A post that mentions a discount code, gifted gear or a brand partnership without a clear "Ad" or "Paid partnership" label is flagged for you to add one.
  • If the writer ever invents a review, a quote or a star rating, a safety check stops that post from being approved.

Google reviews

  • Replies to new Google reviews are drafted for you to choose from. Not available yet
  • Ask everyone who booked you the same way, with nothing offered in return.
  • Review requests by email on Growth and Pro. Not available yet
