Dental and healthcare practices

Stay visible to new patients, with privacy rules built in.

For dentists, orthodontists, physiotherapy, chiropractic and med-spa style practices. The Healthcare & Dental Practice pack writes warm, reassuring posts in plain language, like a friendly front desk explaining a first visit, and adds privacy and advertising rules. The Colorado Dental Practice pack adds the Colorado Dental Board's rules for Colorado dental offices.

Industry packs: Healthcare & Dental Practice and Colorado Dental Practice.

The weekly loop

The same five steps every week. Anything not available yet is marked.

  1. 01

    Your week is planned

Three posting days, with topics from your industry, the directions you set and the season.

Today you start each week with the "Write this week's posts" button; the automatic Monday run is not available yet.

  2. 02

    Create your posts

Ask AI to write from confirmed business facts, or bring your own words, photos and videos. Prepare each network's version in the composer and make pictures in Studio.

  3. 03

    You approve it

Check each post on your phone or computer, then approve it, edit it or skip it. Nothing goes out without your approval.

An email telling you the week's posts are ready is not available yet.

  4. 04

    It goes out

Publish approved posts to your connected accounts through our posting partner, Ayrshare.

  5. 05

    You see how it went

Open Results for insights from available data and the campaign results you enter. Findings name their sources, and missing post data stays unknown until each network reports it and it has been collected.

The weekly report email is not available yet; open Results in your workspace today.

A week of posts

What you approve

  • Every post, on every network, before it goes out.
  • Replies to your Google reviews: you pick one of two privacy-safe replies. Not available yet
  • Fees, insurance, figures and credentials: only from facts you've confirmed.

Written for your industry

  • Warm, reassuring and plain-spoken: everyday words and no jargon, describing what a visit involves and never promising an outcome.
  • No patient information. Don't upload patient lists, appointment data or records: the platform doesn't accept them. A post whose text links a person's name to a treatment, an appointment or a record can't be approved.
  • No health-results claims such as "painless", "cures", "permanent results" or "risk-free". They're blocked, even in your own edits.
  • Promises of a guaranteed result, before-and-after pictures and patient-result posts are blocked too, even in your own edits.
  • Health tips end with "General information, not medical advice. Ask us about your own situation." A tip without that line is flagged for you to check.
  • If the writer ever invents a review, a testimonial or a "best in town" claim, a safety check stops that post from being approved.
  • Colorado dental offices get the Colorado Dental Board's testimonial-consent and results-disclaimer rules. Outside Colorado, dental practices use the Healthcare & Dental Practice pack; check your own state's advertising rules.
  • These are product rules we set, not legal advice, and the platform is not a patient-record system.

Google reviews

  • Ask for reviews with your Google review link or a QR code in your own materials. We never import patient lists or email patients for you.
  • Replies use one of two short, privacy-safe messages that never confirm someone is a patient. The review's text is never sent to AI. Not available yet
