Home services

Stay the name people find when something needs fixing.

For plumbers, electricians, HVAC, cleaners, landscapers, roofers and handymen that serve a local area. The Home Services pack writes friendly, practical posts, like a tradesperson people are happy to let into their home, and keeps guarantees and price promises out.

Industry pack: Home Services Business.

The weekly loop

The same five steps every week. Anything not available yet is marked.

  1. 01

    Your week is planned

Three posting days, with topics from your industry, the directions you set and the season.

Today you start each week with the "Write this week's posts" button; the automatic Monday run is not available yet.

  2. 02

    Create your posts

Ask AI to write from confirmed business facts, or bring your own words, photos and videos. Prepare each network's version in the composer and make pictures in Studio.

  3. 03

    You approve it

Check each post on your phone or computer, then approve it, edit it or skip it. Nothing goes out without your approval.

An email telling you the week's posts are ready is not available yet.

  4. 04

    It goes out

Publish approved posts to your connected accounts through our posting partner, Ayrshare.

  5. 05

    You see how it went

Open Results for insights from available data and the campaign results you enter. Findings name their sources, and missing post data stays unknown until each network reports it and it has been collected.

The weekly report email is not available yet; open Results in your workspace today.

A week of posts

Posting days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Posts a week by default: Google Business Profile 2, Facebook 3, Instagram 3, LinkedIn 1. Change how often you post on each network, your topics and your tone on the What to post page.

What you approve

  • Every post, on every network, before it goes out.
  • Prices, financing and warranties: only from what you type in or facts you've confirmed.
  • Replies to your Google reviews: you pick one before it's posted. Not available yet

Written for your industry

  • Friendly, trustworthy and practical: plain words and useful specifics, like what to check and when to call.
  • Guarantees, "beat any quote" and money-back promises stop a post from being approved, even in your own edits.
  • A post that says you're licensed is flagged for you to check unless it shows your license number. The writer uses only a number you've confirmed and never makes one up.
  • Before-and-after posts are flagged as a reminder: only your own photos of a real job, with the customer's consent, and never their name, face or address.
  • Financing is flagged too: mention it only if you offer it, and a monthly payment or rate needs the full credit terms.
  • If the writer ever invents a review or a "#1" claim, a safety check stops that post from being approved.
  • Your default posting time is around 8:00 in the morning, your time, before the day's jobs start.

Google reviews

  • Replies to new Google reviews are drafted for you to choose from. Not available yet
  • Ask every customer the same way after a job, with nothing offered in return.
  • Review requests by email on Growth and Pro. Not available yet
