Refund & Cancellation Policy

• In the dashboard: open Settings, then Billing, and cancel your plan.
• Or email ssiddiqui@denveraitechnologies.com from the address on your account, with your workspace name. We confirm by email when it is done.
• There is no minimum term, no exit fee and no notice period.

A plan starts with a 3-day free trial. A card (or, in India, UPI Autopay) is needed to start it; the first charge is on day 4, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.

• Your plan keeps working until the end of the monthly or yearly period you have already paid for, and it does not renew.
• We don't refund a period that has already started or been used, or credits that have been used, unless the law requires us to.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Unused credits expire 12 months after you bought the pack.
• Cancelling a plan doesn't delete your data. To delete it, follow the data deletion page.

If we charge you by mistake, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, we refund it to the original payment method. Once we have confirmed it, the refund typically reaches you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Email ssiddiqui@denveraitechnologies.com with your workspace name, the date and amount of the payment, and what happened. We reply to every request and tell you what we decided and why.

Customers in India are charged in Indian rupees, at the price on the pricing page, which includes 18% GST; nothing is added at payment. Customers outside India are charged the US dollar price on the same page, by card. A refund goes back in the currency you paid.
