Security

How we keep your accounts and data safe.

The short version, in plain words. The Privacy Policy is the full legal statement, with every company that helps us run the product.

You decide what goes out

  • Every post waits for you: you see it as it will appear, then approve, edit or skip it. An approval covers that exact version, so any edit needs approving again, and "Approve all" approves only the posts on your screen. The one exception is autopilot. It is off until you turn it on, one type of post at a time, and it covers only tips, holiday hours and closures, evergreen brand posts, and exact reposts of your best posts you already approved, at least 90 days later and at most one a week. It emails a preview of each post at least a day before it goes out, with a link to stop it, and posts at most a few a day (two by default, never more than five). It never covers offers, prices, health or results claims, review replies, ad changes or anything our checks flag. For healthcare, dental, legal and financial businesses it covers only holiday hours and tips that carry a disclaimer. Approved posts can be published to your connected accounts through Ayrshare.
  • Replies to Google reviews are chosen by the workspace owner, and nothing is ever replied to automatically.
  • Ad plan packs are instructions you follow yourself; nothing changes in an ad account automatically.

Your passwords and account keys

  • You sign in with Google, so we never see your Google password.
  • We never see your passwords: you connect accounts on our posting partner's secure page.
  • The keys that link your accounts are encrypted before they're stored. The key that unlocks them is kept only on our servers, never in the database and never in your browser.
  • You can disconnect your accounts at any time.

Your workspace stays yours

  • Every request is checked against who's signed in, and we test that one workspace can never see another's data.
  • All traffic between your browser, our servers and the networks we post to is encrypted (TLS).
  • Photos have location and camera details removed before they're stored.
  • On our side, only the person who runs the service can reach your stored data, and only when it's needed to run or repair it.

Which AI does what

  • Anthropic's Claude models write your post drafts, review-reply drafts and chat replies. When you edit a video, they also read its transcript and still frames to help with the edit, such as translating a dub. When you attach photos to a chat message, they also see those photos to answer it, such as reading the words on a menu for a caption.
  • OpenAI and Google (Gemini) make the AI pictures you ask for in the picture studio and on posts. Writing posts with these models is not switched on.
  • OpenAI also turns what's said in the video clips you upload into text, for captions and cuts, and reads voiceovers and dubs aloud in its voices. Other voice providers are not switched on.
  • AI video shots are made by Google's Veo models or, when you pick a Kling, Seedance or Wan model or upscale a clip, through fal.ai; the shot's description and any picture or clip you attach to guide it are sent to make it.
  • We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Where your data lives

  • Our application servers and database run in the AWS and Supabase ap-south-1 region (Mumbai, India).
  • This website and your dashboard are hosted by Vercel. Other companies that help us run the product may process data in other countries, including the United States; the Privacy Policy lists each one.
  • We don't keep separate backup copies of your data today. It is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and when we delete it there it is gone.

Get a copy, or have it deleted

  • Post history: in Settings, export every post we published or tried to publish for you, as a spreadsheet (CSV) or a data file (JSON).
  • Everything in your workspace: in Settings, ask for a full copy of your data. We make it for you, and it appears there within 30 days at the latest.
  • Only the workspace's owners and operators can export.
  • Disconnect one network at any time on Channels. Nothing more is posted to an account once it is disconnected.
  • Deleting your account yourself from Settings is not available yet. Until then, email ktripathi@denveraitechnologies.com from your account's address with the subject “Data deletion request”. We confirm within 5 business days and finish within 30. The data deletion page says exactly what is deleted.
