How approval works
Nothing is posted until you approve it. What an approval covers, and what Approve all does.
Updated 5 October 2026
Every post waits for your approval. Today there is no setting that posts without it.
Approve, edit or skip
- Open Posts. Each post shows exactly what will go out on each network, with its picture when it has one.
- Choose Approve, Edit, Rewrite or Skip on each post.
- Or press Approve all to approve every ready post on your screen at once.
What an approval covers
- An approval covers the exact version you saw. Edit it or have it rewritten and it becomes a new version that needs approving again.
- Approve all approves exactly the posts on your screen. If any of them changed after the page loaded, nothing is approved and you're asked to look again.
- A post that fails a safety check, such as one quoting a review nobody wrote, can't be approved until the problem is fixed.
- If our safety rules change after you approve a post, it needs approving again before it goes out.
Who can approve
The workspace owner and anyone added as an operator. An owner can also name one teammate as their approval delegate. Viewers can read posts but can't approve them.
Not available yet:An email telling you the week's posts are ready. Until it starts, open Posts to see them.
Replies to Google reviews are chosen by the workspace owner. See Google reviews and review requests.
