Creating a post
Ask for a post about anything, change a post you don't like, or have this week's posts written now.
Updated 5 October 2026
Ask for a post
- Open Posts and press Create a post.
- Say what it's about in a sentence or two, for example "We're open late this Friday for the holiday weekend."
- Choose your connected networks and which day, from today up to four weeks ahead. Choose your usual posting time, a time from 7:00 to 20:59, or as soon as approved.
- Have AI write the post or choose I'll write it to use your own words. You can use different words for each network.
- Add photos or one video from your library if you like. Each network shows what it needs; check its preview before approving.
- Add a link if you like. Networks that don't allow links in posts, such as Instagram, go without it.
- Press Write my post for an AI draft, or Add my post for your own words. Each network's version waits for your approval.
For Reddit, add your community and a title, and read that community's rules about promotion first. Pinterest needs your own photo. YouTube needs your own video and title; it is private unless you choose unlisted or public. Snapchat needs your own photo or portrait video. These networks can be chosen once connected, and aren't included in weekly plans.

Not available yet:The automatic Monday run that plans and writes each week for you. Until it starts, use the Write this week's posts button.
Change a post
- Edit: change the words yourself.
- Rewrite: ask for a new version that's shorter, longer, more formal, more casual or from a different angle, or add your own note. Each post can be rewritten up to three times.
- Skip: leave the post out.
What the writer will and won't do
- It writes in your brand voice and follows your industry's rules.
- It only states prices, ratings, awards and other specifics that come from facts you've confirmed or from what you typed.
- It's told never to invent reviews or testimonials or to name a customer or patient, and a safety check stops a post that quotes an invented review from being approved.
