Telling the agents what to post
Set your goal, topics, how often to post, picture style, tone and topics to avoid.
Updated 5 October 2026
Open What to post from the Posts page or from Settings. Anything you leave alone follows your industry's suggestions.
- Goal: bookings, calls, website visits, awareness or trust.
- Topics: the kinds of posts to plan, from your industry's list.
- How often: none to three posts a week on each network. Keep at least one a week on Google, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
- Pictures: carousels, single pictures, or none. Instagram posts always get one.
- Tone: up to three words, such as friendly, professional or calm.
- Topics to avoid: up to ten short phrases. The writer is told never to mention them, and a check flags any mention.
Goal, topics and how often apply from the first week that isn't planned yet; the page tells you which week that is. Tone, pictures and topics to avoid apply to every post written from then on.
Branded pictures and carousels are available on posts. Choose the style here, or add your own photos or video when you create a post.
