Invite your team, choose who can approve, and work with an agency.

Invite a teammate
- Open Settings, then Team.
- Enter their email address and choose a role.
- They get an invitation link and sign in with Google.
- Owner: everything, including the team, billing and review replies.
- Operator: approves posts, connects accounts and edits most settings.
- Viewer: can read, but can't change or approve anything.
An owner can name one teammate as their approval delegate, for example while travelling. The delegate can then approve posts too.
Working with an agency
Each client has their own workspace, and the client's owner invites the agency as an operator. Review replies stay with the client's owner.
Not available yet:One agency view across all client workspaces. Today an agency opens each client's workspace on its own.
