Plans, trial and billing

Not available yet:Card checkout and the free trial. Creating a workspace is free today and doesn't ask for a card.

There are three plans, Starter, Growth and Pro, plus an agency plan. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

When checkout opens

• Choose a plan in Settings, under Billing. You pay on Stripe's secure page; we never see your card.
• Your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is needed, and you aren't charged until the trial ends.
• Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free.
• Founding partners enter their code on the Stripe checkout page.

Changing or cancelling

• Use Manage billing to switch plans, update your card, see invoices or cancel.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
• When you reach a monthly allowance, that kind of work waits for your next billing period, or you can upgrade.

If a payment fails

Stripe tries again and emails you. Your workspace keeps working for 7 days; after that, publishing pauses until the payment goes through. You can still sign in, read everything and keep your drafts.

Cancelling a plan doesn't delete your data. See Deleting your account and data.
