Privacy and security
How your data is protected, and the companies that help us run the product.
Updated 5 October 2026
How we protect your data
- You sign in with Google, so we never see your Google password.
- You connect social accounts on Ayrshare's page, so we never see those passwords either. The keys that link your accounts are stored encrypted.
- Your workspace is private: every request is checked against who's signed in, and we test that one workspace can never see another's data.
- Photos have location and camera details removed before they're stored.
- We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.
- Dental and healthcare workspaces must not upload patient information. The platform isn't a patient-record system.
Companies that help us run the product
- Ayrshare: connects your accounts, sends approved posts and reads your Google reviews.
- Anthropic: its Claude models write your posts and reply drafts.
- OpenAI and Google: they make the AI pictures you ask for in the picture studio and on posts. Google also answers our local ranking checks through Google Places.
- SendGrid (Twilio): sends approval, report and review-request emails.
- Stripe: takes card payments; we never see your card.
- Amazon Web Services: runs the app's servers and scheduled jobs.
- Supabase: stores your workspace data and handles sign-in.
- Vercel: hosts this website and your dashboard.
