Connecting your accounts

Link Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and more on a secure page, and why you'll see Ayrshare's name.

Updated 5 October 2026

We publish through Ayrshare, a posting service that many social media tools use. You connect each account on Ayrshare's secure page, so we never see your passwords.

Connect your accounts

  1. Open Channels and press Connect another account, or Connect next to the network you want, for your location.
  2. A secure page opens at profile.ayrshare.com. Sign in to each network you want and allow access. The link works for a few minutes; if it expires, press Connect again.
  3. When you're done you come back to Channels, which shows the name of each connected account.

Why Ayrshare's name is on the permission screens

When Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or another network asks you to allow access, the request comes from Ayrshare, because Ayrshare sends the posts for us. Posts still go out from your own accounts. You can take the access back at any time, on Channels or in the network's own settings.

Which networks you can connect

  • Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat.
  • We don't offer X or TikTok.
  • Instagram posts need a picture or video.
  • Reddit is only for posts you create yourself, with your own community and title.
  • Pinterest needs your own photo. YouTube needs your own video and title, and is private unless you choose otherwise. Snapchat needs your own photo or portrait video.

You can publish posts to your connected accounts after you approve them. Each network's photo, video and other requirements still apply.

Create posts for any connected network and add the photos or video it needs. Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat are for posts you create yourself; they aren't included in weekly plans.

Disconnecting

  • On Channels, Disconnect removes one network and Remove all removes every connection for a location.
  • The workspace owner or an operator can connect and disconnect accounts. Only the owner can remove all of them.
  • If a network shows Reconnect needed, press Connect or reconnect and sign in again.
